Reverse Missions

The Reverse Missions are yearly study visits to the member regions. Leading experts, entrepreneurs, public servants and policy makers from the DC network gather to explore a host region during a multi-day program that provides insights into the way the hosting region fosters creativity and innovation. Business meetings, site visits, presentations and workshops are worked out with the aim to bring inspiration, best practices and loads of useful contacts that can be translated to the other DC regions.

Reverse Mission 2023

The next Reverse Mission will be held in Tampere, Finland on June 12 – 15, 2023, introducing Tampere’s sole positioning in the audiovisual industry and major events. With the pros of big city and the convenience of a small city, this little gem in central Finland, has become over the last years a centre for innovative networks and bold decision making.

Since some years Tampere is fastly growing as one of the major European hubs for audiovisual productions, unique locations, professionally skilled expertise and new techs, and this with international ambitions. Beside, Tampere has gained a excellent reputation for international conventions, conferences and events.
